We are located at 502 Palmetto Street, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32168, in the heart of Volusia County.

What are your office hours?

We are open Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Closed on weekends and public holidays.

Do you accept walk-in appointments?

We recommend scheduling ahead of time, but same-day appointments may be available based on provider availability. Please call us to confirm.

What insurance do you accept?

We accept most major insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid. Call our front desk for a full list or to verify your benefits.

What services do you provide?

We offer a full range of care, including: Primary Care (checkups, diabetes care, preventive health); Pain Management (neurostimulators, DME bracing, chronic pain treatment); Mental Health Counseling (therapy for anxiety, trauma, addiction & more); IV Therapy (NAD+, amino acids, energy boosts, hydration)

What conditions do you treat in your pain management program?

We help patients manage chronic pain, neuropathy, joint pain, and other conditions with a combination of physical therapy, neurostimulator therapy, and durable medical equipment (DME).

Can I get mental health support even if I don’t have a diagnosis?

Absolutely. Many of our patients seek support for stress, life transitions, grief, or personal growth. A formal diagnosis is not required.

Do I need to fast before my lab work?

In some cases, yes. You will receive instructions based on your test. See our Fasting Instructions PDF for details.

Will I get reminders for upcoming appointments?

Yes. We send automated text and email reminders to help you stay on track. You can also confirm or reschedule online or by phone.
